You can't go home again

I've been having some vivid dreams this week.  I dream often, but I seldom remember them.  The other morning I was telling Carrie about my dream the night before.   It was this all about my Mother trying to sell my truck and me having to chase away potential buyers - my truck is not for sale.   There was a lot in the dream about my folks garage that was filled to the brim with boxes and constant shuffling of cars in the driveway.

My take on the dream was how much I loved my Truck.  Carrie immediately said, "So as much as you want to move into your parent's basement like other geeks your mother doesn't want you."   I don't think I'll be telling her anymore of my dreams.

I've been having crazy dreams the last few nights myself. My dad was in one two nights ago and my parents are never in my dreams. I always chalk them up to eating sushi or something more exotic, but I think how vivid and absurd they get has more to do with my stress level rising and falling.

PS -- How much do you want for that truck?

A couple of my stress gauges have been redlined in the past few weeks - sick kids and pets and all.

As for the truck, everything is negotiable - I could sell you a share of the truck, but we'll have to work out the current value and what you'll be bringing to it. How many drivers do you think there should be and how might we decide who those drivers will be ?
